Strategic Sourcing
We work with our clients to analyze spend by category, benchmark pricing and source multiple indirect spend categories. Our approach is geared towards sourcing a large number of vendors in a short period of time. Our team brings deep category expertise and a template driven methodology to the table when renegotiating or sourcing Indirect Spend Categories. Our approach to project economics is flexible and unique. We are willing to tie our compensation to time-phased savings generated from “implemented” savings.

Process Optimization
Our flexible approach is process driven as we align operations and technology with our client’s business strategy. Our approach is fact based, starting with analyzing our client’s current environment and industry best practices to quickly identify and define areas of opportunity. As opportunities are identified, we use our Nine Value Lever Model to prioritize ROI and develop a business case. Based on the prioritized opportunities, we develop a value driven implementation strategy to achieve the benefits through self funding deployment.

Designing inventory out of a supply chain, compressing cycle times, rationalizing warehouse locations and optimizing freight are key attributes of our supply chain optimization approach.
