automate our clients sourcing processes. Key areas of focus include
sourcing event management, developing supplier networks including
enabling electronic collaboration of supply forecasts, outbound PO,
inbound acknowledgement, invoicing and advanced shipping notifications.
Business Scorecard Our approach is to help move our clients from
a reactive business environment to a more proactive and in some cases
even predictive business environment. We accomplish this by identifying
the core operational metrics that are essential to managing our clients
business. The scorecard is typically developed using mock-ups and
proof of concepts starting with standard templates to create a customized
dashboard to meet the unique needs of our clients.
